This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about payroll management and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the company. As a Payroll Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of payroll-related tasks, from developing and maintaining SOPs to managing benefit payments and controlling non-standard and client-specific templates.
Responsibilities- Oversee the coordination of timesheets and ensure accurate balancing and checking of payroll data.
- Manage and oversee payroll processes, including monitoring error reports and streamlining processes to reduce errors.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for payroll-related tasks and ensure adherence to all HR policies and procedures.
- Manage benefit payments, bonus process, and leave payments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a management role.
- Sound knowledge of AX and D-Bit systems, as well as payroll experience with at least 5 years in management roles.
- TES industry payroll experience is advantageous.
