We're seeking a Full-Time Career Outcomes Associate to join our rapidly growing Career Outcomes Team. As a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with strong communication skills, you'll support our Career Readiness team and Career Coach team by providing meaningful outreach to active and completed students, helping shape student expectations, and understanding of career support.

What You'll Do- Contact active learners via phone, SMS, and our LMS system to encourage Career Outcomes participation and road to packaging.
- Help reinforce expectations for students around career support through 1:1 correspondence.
- Provide administrative support for Career Readiness and Career Coaches and students in our LMS and CRM systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of student conversations and sessions.
- Maintain feedback loops between teams.

- A background in higher education, student advising, or process management.

- You have experience working in a remote environment and/or a fast-paced environment.
- You thrive in an agile and collaborative environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented. Always up-to-date in documentation and record creation.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Experience working with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and any sales/operation CRM and other collaboration tools is preferred.
