About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong administrative and marketing skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our office operations, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. In addition, they will be tasked with designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for social media, and supporting all marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be proficient in MS Office software. Experience with design tools such as Canva will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Design, create, and implement marketing campaigns
  • Create and distribute engaging content for social media
  • Support all marketing initiatives and marketing administration
  • Act as point of contact between manager and internal/external clients
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Devising and maintaining office filing systems
Requirements
  • Gr12 or tertiary degree
  • Marketing qualification or relevant work experience
  • Admin qualification or relevant work experience
  • Personal Assistant qualification or relevant work experience
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Canva or other design software experience
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and dynamic work environment.
