Job Overview
Culinary Director at IntelliStaff is responsible for leading a team in a five-star lodge setting. This role involves creating menus, overseeing food preparation, and maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced chef to run kitchen shifts, produce high-quality meals, and ensure food safety procedures are met. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of cooking methods, equipment, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menu plans for guests and staff
  • Maintain and improve the culinary experience for guests and employees
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Manage and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and quality control standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences


Qualifications and Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in culinary arts or a related field
  • Proven experience as a head chef or executive chef in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
