About the Role

  • The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle, utilizing a value-based consultative sales approach to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-level sales engagements, identifying customer needs and demonstrating the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and client presentations to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, leveraging their expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills both written and verbal in English.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: A National Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering is advantageous.
  • Experience:
    • 8-10 years of experience in technical software sales.
    • Previous exposure to civil infrastructure software sales is highly beneficial.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based CRM tools.
Requirements
  • Valid Code 8 driver's license and own transport.
  • Willingness to travel.
