As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving our revenue growth by leading and executing our sales strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a growing sales team, build meaningful client relationships, and expand into new markets, all while working closely with leadership to achieve ambitious targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Team Building: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Client Relations: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Exploration: Identify new opportunities and verticals to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key sales metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Process Enhancement: Refine sales workflows, tools, and strategies to enhance team efficiency and success.
  • Brand Ambassadors: Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • You must have 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role (outsourcing or B2B experience preferred).
  • You should have a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • You should have a strong track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
  • You should be proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement software.
  • You should be a data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
  • You should have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • You should be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • You should have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
