Entry-level Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients or customers through research, networking, and cold outreach (phone calls, emails, etc.).
Client Communication: Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and promote sales.
Sales Presentations: Presenting products or services to potential clients, either in-person, virtually, or through other channels.
Sales Support: Assisting senior sales staff with administrative tasks, data entry, and tracking sales activities.
Follow-ups: Engaging with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and push for repeat business or new sales opportunities.
Market Research: Understanding the competitive landscape and gathering insights into customer preferences and industry trends.
Meeting Targets: Working towards achieving sales quotas or goals set by the company or sales manager.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
Customer Service: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and creativity in finding solutions for customers' challenges.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage priorities, and stay organized.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools used in the sales process.
Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with senior sales executives and other team members to achieve common goals.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma is often the minimum requirement; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous sales experience is not always required but can be an advantage.
A willingness to learn and develop sales techniques is highly valued.
