Claims Technician with Aggregate Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Technician with Aggregate Experience to join our team at Mirror Images. As a Claims Technician, you will be responsible for handling claims, managing your area of control, and providing monthly reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Handling: Register all new claims received and raise an appropriate reserve as outlined in the reserving methodology.
- Managing Own Area of Control: Manage your area of control, including claims processing, and ensure that all claims are registered on the claims system within 24 hours.
- Monthly Reporting: Provide monthly reporting on claims activity and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Admin Drives: Process invoices and agreements of loss for payment in accordance with SOP and management requirements.
- Claims Processing: Action any claims processing requirements in accordance with the relevant claims procedure manual.
- Communication: Regular liaison and communication with brokers, clients, and team members on the progress of claims.
- Time Management: Ensure that all deadlines are met and that claims are processed in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Continuously update the claims activity TAB in respect of all actions taken on the claim.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a results-oriented approach to claims processing and management.
- Continuous Learning: Commit to continuous learning and professional development in the field of claims management.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a team player approach and adhere to the backup arrangement as required by the department.
