**Key Responsibilities**

  • Advise clients on commercial law matters, including contract drafting and negotiation
  • Represent clients in high court, magistrate's court, and arbitration proceedings
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex commercial law issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve commercial disputes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services to clients

**Requirements**

  • LLB degree with 3+ years post-admission experience in commercial practice and litigation
  • High court, magistrate's court, and arbitration experience
  • Commercial drafting experience
  • Excellent English script ability and drafting skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
