Cognia Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our compliance and regulatory reform projects

Cognia Law is a leading provider of legal services, and we are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our compliance and regulatory reform projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on compliance, Jibar projects, and regulatory reforms. They will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage compliance projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Oversee Jibar-related projects, coordinating with financial teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Experience with regulatory reform initiatives, implementing changes and ensuring alignment with industry regulations
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Establish and maintain project governance, managing risks, dependencies, and reporting on project progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives
  • Manage and lead the project team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring team members are motivated and equipped for high-quality output and to achieve project goals
  • Manage project resources, including budgeting and team allocation
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI) is preferred
  • Proven experience in managing compliance and regulatory reform projects
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
