Dananda Talent is a dynamic organization that requires a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to each brand's unique identity and market position.

Retail & E-Commerce Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support retail promotions and in-store activations.
  • Work closely with e-commerce teams to optimize digital sales and enhance the online shopping experience.

Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across digital, print, radio, and TV channels.
  • Develop promotional activities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive sales.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with each brand's distinct identity and market standing.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Oversee graphic design of packaging.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Design and manage content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.

Public Relations & Events

  • Develop press releases and manage media relations.
  • Organize brand events, product launches, and trade shows.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure success.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of chocolate/confectionery market trends.
  • Experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
