Job Overview

The Strategic Client Solutions (SCS) team at Consilio LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Associate to support the growth of our strategic clients. This role will work closely with primary account managers to maintain and expand relationships within our key client base.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar legal-industry support role, preferably working with global and/or Fortune 200 Corporations. They will be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and possess excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Management team in maintaining and expanding relationships with strategic clients.
  • Assist in protecting existing account revenue and growing total account revenue through various activities, including ensuring compliance with client guidelines, completing new engagement setup, and preparing contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Project Management, Finance, and Review, to collate information for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and generate reports and presentation slides for review by Account Managers.
  • Analyze and present information to assist with answering questions on accounts, including billing or reporting queries.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Legal-industry support experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to independently manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
