Back Office Coordinator

**Support Services:** We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office Manager to join our team at Tower Group (Pty) Ltd.
**Responsibilities:**
- Back-Office Operations: Provide end-to-end operational back-office support requirements relating to the coordination and alignment of multi-faceted subject matter experts' collaboration requirements and effective support.
- Financial Operations: Operate financial support requirements relating to the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and other financial transactions.
- Project Support: Assist with the creation and tracking of projects in the Management System and provide end-to-end administrative support on purchase order requests.
- Reporting: Compile regular departmental reports as required and assist with the distribution of budget reports for the TowerCo Technical Operations business units.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve and develop processes to ensure effective order management practices.
- Operational Activities: Maintain & coordinate operational activities and manage section deliverables.
**Requirements:**
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills with extensive SAP/EVO working knowledge.
- Analytical Thinking: Analytical thinking and strategic insight, proficient in problem solving, able to navigate through difficult business challenges.
- Report Writing: Strong report writing skills with advanced understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) essential.
**Qualifications:**
- Matric: Essential.
- Business Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of business experience in a financial administration role within a technical environment.
- Professional Certifications: Strong working knowledge of business operations and accounting concepts, work experience in an accounting, financial, purchasing or project management role advantageous.
