We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Coordinator to join our team at Workforce Group. This individual will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
    • Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner.
    • Manage visitor screening and ensure security protocols are followed.
    • Provide information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Communication and Correspondence:
    • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate extensions.
    • Sort, distribute, and respond to emails.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Schedule meetings and book conference/boardrooms.
    • Enter data into computer systems and maintain records.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Create and format documents on request.
    • Book travel and accommodation for staff.
    • Process invoices and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
