Key Responsibilities:
- Track shipments and ensure timely updates.
- Liaise with customers regarding back orders and deliveries.
- Prepare and process shipment orders.
- Generate and maintain back-order reports.
- Release back orders efficiently.
- Compile customer reports as required.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or order-processing role is advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
