We are looking for an Account Executive who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop a strong foundation in client service within a dynamic agency environment. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of digital-first marketing strategies and solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests.
    • Proactively keep clients informed of project progress, potential roadblocks, and relevant industry updates.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business objectives and translate them into actionable insights for the team.
    • Contribute to client satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality work and seamless service delivery.
  • Project Coordination and Administration
    • Prepare and distribute accurate contact and/or status reports following client interactions (within 24 hours).
    • Organise and schedule internal status meetings and external client meetings.
    • Maintain a centralised filing system for all client-related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
    • Proofread and quality-check all outgoing materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration and Development
    • Understand and embody the team's vision and actively seek opportunities to learn more about the broader agency vision.
    • Complete assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and proactively, anticipating needs and identifying solutions to minor challenges.
    • Proactively communicate with team members, keeping them informed of progress and potential roadblocks.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field and 1-2+ years of proven experience in an Account Executive role within an agency or client-side environment. They should also have an understanding and keen interest in the digital marketing landscape, including platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
