About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and experience with digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Create and publish high-quality content for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve organic search rankings.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for property updates, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Paid Advertising: Assist with the management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Data Analysis: Track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Wix) is an advantage.
