At Frank Consult, we are looking for a highly experienced fraud prevention expert to spearhead our fraud prevention and detection efforts. The Senior Director of Fraud Prevention will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective fraud prevention strategies that safeguard our digital payment systems. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in fraud detection and prevention to drive business growth while ensuring the highest level of security for our clients.

As a key member of our team, the Senior Director of Fraud Prevention will be responsible for leading and managing the fraud team, overseeing the monitoring, analysis, and investigation of potential fraud cases, and collaborating with other departments to enhance fraud prevention measures. If you have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful fraud prevention strategies, we want to hear from you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust fraud prevention and detection strategy.
  • Lead and manage the fraud team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and investigation of potential fraud cases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance fraud prevention measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, legal, or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in fraud detection and prevention, with a focus on digital payments.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Enhanced knowledge of fraud and financial crime, including AML and STR/SAR directives.
