Reservations and Front Desk Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Reservations and Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality.
About the Role:
- This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You will be responsible for managing reservations, guest relations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and administrative tasks.
- Supervise a team of hospitality staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain strong administrative skills, experience working with reservations, and proficiency in Nightsbridge.
- Effectively manage inventory and stock, financial records, and other related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests in English and Afrikaans.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in a Front of House/Reservations role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: R55,000 - R65,000 per annum.
- One staff meal per day when on duty.
- Living accommodation provided in a shared staff house.
