Job Information

We are seeking an experienced Reservations and Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality.

About the Role:

  • This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You will be responsible for managing reservations, guest relations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and administrative tasks.
  • Supervise a team of hospitality staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain strong administrative skills, experience working with reservations, and proficiency in Nightsbridge.
  • Effectively manage inventory and stock, financial records, and other related tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests in English and Afrikaans.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a Front of House/Reservations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: R55,000 - R65,000 per annum.
  • One staff meal per day when on duty.
  • Living accommodation provided in a shared staff house.
