Key Responsibilities
  • Job Posting: Develop compelling job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each position and attract qualified candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract candidates, including job portals, social media, networking events, headhunting, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company's recruitment brand through various channels and initiatives.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the database with accurate candidate information and status updates.
  • Reporting: Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant labour laws and regulations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at HR Genie. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and administrative skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Administrative Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in managing schedules, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
