Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

At HR Genie, we are committed to finding and hiring the best talent for our clients. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top candidates who meet our client's needs.
Key Responsibilities- Job Posting: Develop compelling job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each position and attract qualified candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract candidates, including job portals, social media, networking events, headhunting, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Promote our company's recruitment brand through various channels and initiatives.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the database with accurate candidate information and status updates.
- Reporting: Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant labour laws and regulations.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at HR Genie. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and administrative skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Administrative Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in managing schedules, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
- Technology: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
