About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Business Administration Officer to support our procurement operations.
Job Description:
- Carry out general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, data entry, email management, and phone responsibilities.
- Raise Purchase Orders for confirmed orders and manage them accordingly.
- Liaise with Suppliers to obtain delivery dates that meet project deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum Matric or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in Procurement or Buyers Administration
- Proficiency in Excel and other ERP systems
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
