About the Role

Job Description:

  1. Carry out general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, data entry, email management, and phone responsibilities.
  2. Raise Purchase Orders for confirmed orders and manage them accordingly.
  3. Liaise with Suppliers to obtain delivery dates that meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Minimum Matric or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in Procurement or Buyers Administration
  • Proficiency in Excel and other ERP systems
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
