Business Facilitation Officer

The Business Facilitation Officer will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of small enterprises within the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Business Advisors, conducting basic assessments with clients, and facilitating the registration of businesses with CIPRO.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to Business Advisors.
- Conducting basic assessments with clients.
- Facilitating business registration with CIPRO.
- Referencing clients to relevant SEDA employees or partners.
Required Qualifications
- Matric (NQF Level 4), National Diploma (NQF Level 6), or Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Production Management, or Business Management.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
- Good communication skills and a strong understanding of governance issues relevant to SEDA operations.
- Computer literacy and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Critical Competencies
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve queries timely.
- Interpersonal skills and written/oral communication.
