About the Role

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Milkor Group. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical landscape and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle for technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers, and identifying effective recruitment strategies. A high degree of integrity and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy and Sourcing: Identify the most effective methods for attracting top candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screening, Selection and Interviewing: Review candidate CVs and assess qualifications, matching them with the technical needs of the company.
  • Vetting Process: Perform comprehensive vetting of candidates, including reference checks, qualification verification, security checks, and salary negotiations.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology is essential; a Degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience recruiting in the engineering and manufacturing industries.
  • A thorough understanding of how to recruit for technical and niche skills.
