About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Real Estate and Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing Real Estate & Conveyancing team
  • Oversee and administer complex transactions with precision and efficiency
  • Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Nurture key relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Conduct thorough legal research and review conveyancing documentation
  • Draft and prepare conveyancing documents with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver commercial financing and property transfer transactions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer
