Business Expansion and Partnerships Professional

As a Business Expansion and Partnerships Professional at Spane4All, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to secure financing of assets, refer value-added products, and build relationships with dealers, bankers, and customers to grow profitability and market share.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute plans to increase new business production, non-interest revenue, and market share.
- Provide operational support related to activities and initiatives that contribute to overall growth and profitability.
- Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact business performance.
- Contribute to cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
- Ensure adherence to organisational values, service standards, and customer communication protocols.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business development principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. A diploma in Business Management / Marketing Management and relevant experience in the Financial Services industry/Motor Industry are required. A Bachelor of Commerce Degree / Advanced Diploma in Business Management / Marketing Diploma is preferred.
