Job Title: Telesales Business Partner

Job Summary:

As a Telesales Business Partner at Kontak Recruitment, you will be responsible for generating new business by researching organizations to identify potential leads and clients. Your primary objective will be to engage potential clients in conversations to understand their payroll needs and present suitable solutions persuasively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage databases, including CRM systems, sales pipeline, and diary management
  • Generate new business by researching organizations to identify potential leads and clients
  • Conduct outbound cold calling and email campaigns to prospect for new leads
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and manage accounts
  • Pitch services effectively, build a sales pipeline, and book meetings with prospective clients

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Telesales, preferably in the B2B sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability in negotiation and persuasion

Experience working in a target-driven environment

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

High resilience and persistence in overcoming objections
