Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, identifying new opportunities for growth, and driving revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating Client Relationships:
    • Establish and maintain trust with clients, providing them with expert guidance on technology-related matters.
    • Foster open communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Driving Growth and Revenue Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans and drive organic growth.
  • Client Satisfaction and Issue Resolution:
    • Proactively address client concerns and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
    • Work closely with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Account Planning and Analysis:
    • Analyze client needs and preferences to inform account strategies and drive revenue growth.
    • Provide valuable insights to the product and service development teams based on client feedback and needs.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and foster long-term client relationships.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client concerns and issues.
