Mirna Butler Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency with a reputation for delivering exceptional results. We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Consultant to join our team and drive our sales efforts in the IT industry.

**Job Summary:**

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to identify their business needs and provide innovative sales solutions. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of R 7500 per month, plus a performance-based commission. Additionally, you will be provided with a company cellphone, a company car when traveling to see clients, and a company laptop to support your work.

**Job Description:**

As a Business Development Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our agency. Your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying business opportunities and developing sales strategies to achieve targets

* Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide innovative sales solutions

* Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service

* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies

* Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and providing regular updates to management

* Identifying and addressing sales opportunities and challenges

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A minimum of a Matric qualification

* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Fluency in Afrikaans and English

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

* Strong administrative skills and accuracy

* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to travel for work

* A strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets

**Working Hours:**

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
