Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and maintain key client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of cash management principles, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with prospective clients to ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales initiatives with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Matric essential
  • Computer literacy
  • 3 or more years' experience in external sales / business development
  • Proven experience and skills in External Sales and Business Development
