Business Development Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting products/services, identifying opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote products/services through various channels, including trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Territory Management: Manage assigned territory, scheduling visits and monitoring customer interactions to ensure optimal results.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular market insights, customer feedback, and sales performance reports to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Build trust with clients and colleagues through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities: Identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
- Ability to Travel: Travel as required to attend industry events, visit clients, and manage territory.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm (flexible start times).
