We are Rectitude Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with experience in the FMCG industry to manage a portfolio of clients and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

The role offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of R3500 per month, travel allowance of R4500 per month, cell allowance of R750 per month, commission, and a petrol card.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management
Requirements
  • 2 years experience in sales-FMCG
  • Must be a data analyst-working on excel
  • Valid drivers license-own reliable vehicle
  • Able to identify previous sales of clients-data analyst sales & loss
  • Able to work independent
  • High energy level, good communication skills
  • Able to reach targets
  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English
