About the role:The Technical Solutions team serves as a trusted bridge between our largest businesses and the product and engineering teams, sharing valuable feedback that shapes our products to solve real business challenges.
You'll lead technical discovery calls to understand the prospect's technical setup, payment challenges, and how they plan to use Paystack.
Key responsibilities:- Pre-Sales Strategy and Solution Design: Develop compelling solution proposals and pitches for potential clients.
- Merchant Integration and Onboarding: Collaborate with newly signed merchants and the sales team to design tailored payment solutions.
- Post-Launch Growth and Optimization: Regularly review merchant performance and provide recommendations to optimize payments and unlock growth opportunities.
- Technical Experience: 5+ years in a technical role, ideally in pre-sales, customer support, or software engineering, with hands-on experience in REST APIs, SDKs, and payment gateway integrations.
