Main Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:

  • We conduct comprehensive user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs and preferences.
  • We analyse user feedback and data to inform design decisions, create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes, and iterate on existing designs to optimise the user experience.

UI Design & Prototyping:

  • We develop high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms that align with our brand identity and collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
  • We create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows, establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications, and communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organisation.

Team Collaboration:

  • We work closely with product managers to understand business goals and translate them into user-friendly designs and communicate with technical stakeholders effectively and drive alignment and cohesion across platforms.
  • We mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
