Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical and administrative systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain technical and administrative systems, including IT infrastructure, systems management, and administrative processes.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve system efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Gr 12 of equivalent (essential)
- Qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (advantage).
- MS Office, especially Advanced Excel (essential)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years proven experience in managing technical and administrative systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems management, and administrative processes.
