Technical Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Operations Coordinator to join our team at Teraco. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Analyze data and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to the team.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services, maintaining accurate records and updates.
- Administer user management in our enterprise communication system, ensuring secure and efficient access for all users.
- Provide general administrative support to the technical department, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and liaison with other departments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in an environment using a ticketing system.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Attention to detail, with ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and resolve issues proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to create reports, documents, and presentations.
Salary: R180,000 - R220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Gauteng, South Africa.
