We aim to redefine apartment living and hospitality management with our modern aparthotel experience.
Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger. You will execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accurate and complete financial data. Additionally, you will gather timely information, stay updated on accounting standards and regulations, and provide financial insights to contribute to business growth and profitability.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar position. A Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred. Xero accounting software experience would be beneficial, and hospitality-related experience, especially in short-term rentals, is an advantage. You must be highly organised, able to manage tasks independently, hardworking, efficient, and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail. Excellent reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Suite are required. The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
