Job Title: Payroll Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Info Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the payroll process from start to finish, including capturing of leave, UIF, PAYE, and other relevant data
* Ensure compliance with EMP201 and UIF regulations
* Process and verify payroll data, including reports and submissions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll transactions
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other financial processes
Requirements:
* Matric qualification
* 3-5 years of payroll experience
* Sage VIP experience
