Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage ESG reports for portfolios under management
- Perform investment research and analysis from an ESG perspective

Requirements:
- BCom (Hons) or BSc Property Studies (Hons) or higher qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in real estate and ESG strategy, reporting, and analysis
- Strong understanding of property markets, ESG environments, and sustainable investments
