Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Training & Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage training plans with customers, ensuring effective project delivery and timely completion.
  • Report on training progress for all customers in training, providing valuable insights to improve the training process.
  • Work closely with clients to coordinate each training project, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • Communicate successes and failures to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
  • Provide system training to customers, empowering them to effectively utilize our systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support, resolving queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities.
  • Assist in preparing data and uploading it onto the system for new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Training or consulting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Customer service/support experience an advantage
