Job Role: Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and staff.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage appointments, itineraries, and travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.
  • Source and procure office supplies, handle service providers, and maintain the office filing system.
  • Gradually take on more responsibility in supporting operational processes as you settle into the role.

Requirements:

  • Professional, well-spoken, and presentable demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software like Xero is a plus.
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own transportation.
