Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and staff.
- Offer administrative assistance to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage appointments, itineraries, and travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.
- Source and procure office supplies, handle service providers, and maintain the office filing system.
- Gradually take on more responsibility in supporting operational processes as you settle into the role.
Requirements:
- Professional, well-spoken, and presentable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software like Xero is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- A valid driver's license and access to your own transportation.
