Accreditation Programme Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Accreditation Specialist will provide professional planning, coordination, and development of programmes and initiatives that are internationally recognised and accredited with industry bodies, in support of KVR Training's accreditation goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement assessment, accreditation, and academic programme review activities;
- Collect, compile, and analyse data related to selected qualifications, curriculum standards, enrolment requirements, and other academic activities;
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for internal and external constituencies as it relates to KVR Training specific data;
- Develop, implement, and evaluate methods for collecting and analysing data;
- Provide technical and professional guidance, consultation, and support to faculty, staff, ETQA administrators, and other related personnel;
- Interpret assessment findings, analyse and compile comprehensive statistical and narrative data;
- Plan, develop, and implement various special projects as assigned;
- Maintain currency of knowledge with respect to the industry, market needs, technology, equipment, and/or systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified;
- Completed programme from an accredited institution that is above the minimum education requirement would be beneficial.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of assessment methodologies, practices, and principles;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to investigate and analyse information and draw conclusions;
- Knowledge of continuous quality improvement management principles and practices;
- Advanced research, analytical, critical thinking, and report writing skills.
