Job Summary


A Conveyancing Secretary/Bonds Secretary is required to join the Curiska team to provide administrative support in conveyancing and bonds-related matters.



Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:



  • Drafting and typing conveyancing documents, including bond registration documents
  • Liaising with banks, clients, and the Deeds Office to facilitate smooth conveyancing processes
  • Performing general conveyancing duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and efficient communication


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary in a law firm
  • Experience in transfers and/or bond registrations, including ABSA and FNB bonds
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in E4 and Ghost Convey
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
  • A stable employment record and contactable references
