Key Sales Professional for Crushing and Processing Equipment

This is a highly challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join Prostaff Holdings in the role of Key Sales Professional for Crushing and Processing Equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing the market, and building support systems to capture aftermarket sales associated with the installed base.
About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Sales professional with a strong background in Sales Management and Business principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales of Capital Equipment, specifically in crushing and processing equipment, with a preference for international experience in Africa.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to identify and provide value-added solutions. A strong understanding of Sales Management and Business principals is essential, along with previous knowledge of crushing and process plant design and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Process Engineering, Chem/Metallurgy
- Minimum 5 years of Sales/Management experience in the Mining, Process Equipment or Consulting Engineering environment
- Proven track record in leadership positions with sales of Capital Equipment to the Minerals industry
- Knowledge of crushing and process plant design and operations
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including benefits, which is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum-
