As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired or maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose vehicle issues, collaborating with technicians to resolve problems efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work completed and any additional services required.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle history, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers of vehicles to new owners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Matric Certificate as a minimum qualification.
- A Technical qualification (advantageous).
- A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised premium brand motor dealership.
- Above-average customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
- Familiarity with Workshop Service Advisor duties.
- Working knowledge of a DMS (Dealer Management System).
- A stable work history and contactable references.
