Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic and Operations Manager to join our team at Havas Worldwide SOUTH AFRICA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the pipeline of projects, finance reporting, and ensuring the delivery of projects to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the pipeline of projects and finance reporting to ensure timely delivery and accurate financial reporting.
  • Work with agency leads to identify potential out-of-scope data projects that add value to our clients.
  • Log all new potential projects and allocate the right team to scope the opportunity.
  • Ensure that all financial reporting across the agency is aligned, flagging any discrepancies and working with agency leads to fix any issues with reporting.
  • Manage the delivery of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  • Support team culture and collaborative agency working, building and managing communities of specialists across the network.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to boost project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience in Project Management or Operations or Traffic Management.
  • Experienced advertising agency experience and preferable media agency.
  • Attention to detail, proactive, organised, and professional with a personable way of working.
  • Confident working with numbers and dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Support team culture and collaborative agency working, able to adapt to work with different personalities.
  • Proficient in all standard applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chase.
  • Able to quickly learn new techniques including online applications.
