Key Responsibilities

Traffic Management

  • Support account operations within the agency, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client and team delivery processes, enhancing efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement best practices for complex integrated client work, driving business growth.
  • Oversee agency workflow, establish client-specific processes, and ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
  • Assign tasks, track status, and conduct daily meetings to optimize team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, addressing issues promptly and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Lead weekly job status meetings to share information, discuss challenges, and align the team.
  • Initiate new jobs, create timelines, and manage project-related documentation, including amendments and change orders.
  • Monitor project budgets, address potential overages, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Identify process improvements to boost project efficiency, driving business success.

    Operations Management

    • Manage the pipeline of projects and finance reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
    • Collaborate with agency leads to identify out-of-scope data projects that add value to clients.
    • Log new potential projects, allocate the right team, and ensure timely progress.
    • Ensure financial reporting across the agency is accurate, flagging discrepancies and working with agency leads to resolve issues.
    • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Sustain a positive team culture, promoting collaborative working and open communication.
    • Build and manage specialist communities, organizing sessions to share work and drive cross-agency development.
    • Support initiatives to improve team culture, communication from leadership, and sharing of work through newsletters and team meetings.

      Requirements

      • Experience in Project Management, Operations, or Traffic Management.
      • Proven advertising agency experience, preferably in a media agency.
      • Attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong organizational skills.
      • Professional and personable communication style, confident working with numbers and senior stakeholders.
      • Ability to adapt to diverse personalities, proficient in standard applications, and willing to learn new techniques.

      Contract Type: Permanent
