About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Direct Marketing Manager to join our team at Ad Talent. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to engage our customers directly and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Responsible for mapping customer journeys across all direct channels to ensure seamless engagement and maximum retention.
  • Marketing Calendar Management: Manage the customer direct marketing calendar to ensure effective customer engagement and minimize opt-outs.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with business stakeholders on upcoming brand campaigns to ensure customer communication is aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Survey Setup and Reporting: Responsible for setting up and reporting on customer surveys to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Objectives: Report on campaign objectives laid out in the brief and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Documentation: Define documentation and roadmaps for direct business processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through direct communications.
  • Trigger Campaigns: Manage trigger campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales and revenue.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various campaigns to establish the most effective way to drive customer conversion against objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with current best practice and legal compliance.
  • Target Audience Identification: Identify target audience and opportunities to grow our direct marketing lists.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or relevant marketing qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in a CRM role, with a strong background in online transactional businesses and digital marketing.
  • Skills: Experience working on or developing customer lifecycle programmes, triggered communication, complex segmentation, CRM tools, and content management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within cross-functional teams, and a detail-oriented approach with a focus on the big picture.
