Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and implement customer journey maps to optimize direct marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Customer Segmentation: Apply sound knowledge of customer segmentation to drive customer growth strategies.
  • Targeted Campaigns: Assign customer target files to deals and creative assets for personalized customer experiences.
  • Quality Assurance: Design and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality work.
  • Marketing Calendar Management: Manage the customer direct marketing calendar to ensure effective customer engagement and minimize opt-outs.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with business stakeholders on upcoming brand campaigns and ensure customer communication is aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Customer Surveys: Set up and report on customer surveys to inform marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Reporting: Report on campaign objectives and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Process Documentation: Define documentation and roadmaps for direct business processes, A/B tests, and promotions.
  • Triggered Campaigns: Manage triggered campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various campaigns to establish effective customer conversion strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with current best practices and legal requirements.
  • Audience Identification: Identify target audiences and opportunities to grow direct marketing lists.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree or relevant marketing qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in a CRM role, with a strong background in online transactional businesses and digital marketing.
  • Skills: Proven experience with CRM tools, content management systems, and MS Office tools. Strong understanding of data management and governance.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and directions.
