**About the Role**
We are seeking an exceptional Residential Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as an ambassador delivering excellent levels of customer service and support. This includes recognising and greeting all residents and visitors, either in person at reception or via phone, email and any other communication channel.
Key responsibilities include managing deliveries and collections for residents, ensuring that appropriate notifications are sent out to residents via the residence app. Additionally, you will handle all requests for access to keys to apartments via their key system.
You will also provide a point of contact for any apartment defect queries or building/management issues, escalating to Customer Care or building management team accordingly.
**What We Offer**
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships and shared values with all stakeholders. You will be expected to work closely with our neighbours at the residence and in the wider North London area to offer advice and recommendations to residents regarding the amenities available.
In addition, you will be responsible for conducting regular patrols of the building, recording any defects, maintenance issues or safety issues via the appropriate channels/systems.
