Personal Assistant required for a reputable manufacturing company based in East London, Eastern Cape 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior management.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience in sales administration or related field is a plus.Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours based on business needs

Responsibilities:

Manage Owner's Schedule: Efficiently organize and maintain the owner's diary, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and commitments are scheduled appropriately.Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel for the owner, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure travel plans align with business needs and preferences.Sales Administrative Support: Assist with sales administration tasks, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating follow-up activities.Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the owner. Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed. Maintain accurate records and files.Event Coordination: Support in organizing events, meetings, and conferences as required by the owner.Personal Assistance: Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned by the owner, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality
